Nestled at the foot of the Cape Breton Highlands, the forests surrounding the Cultural Fusion gardens face harsh climates, high winds, acidic soils and short growing seasons, but these conditions also make the flavour of the ingredients much tastier. Our jellies are incredible sides and glazes to your best meat/vegetable dishes, high end baking, and desserts where the most tasty and snobby jellies long to be. This isn’t your grandmother’s jelly!
