We are a two person boutique distillery producing premium spirits of exceptional quality and distinction. All of our prodcuts are made entirely from scratch in house from local ingredients wherever possible.
Captain Gregg Distiller has honed his skills in the Caribbean, France and the Southern US and brings over forty years of experience to his craft.
Our particular specialty is rum – entirely made from scratch of dehydrated certified organic cane syrup. Our rum is of exceptional quality and is often compared to whiskey or cognac.
All of our products are super smooth and thus may be enjoyed on their own, but of course they will make your favourite cocktails even better !
