Joanne’s Bagels and Bread

Joanne bakes different types of breads and bagels, all baked fresh the day before the market, in her own home, using organic flour.

Bagel varieties include Plain, Sesame seed, Poppy seed, Cinnamon-raisin, Blueberry and “Everything” bagels. These are Montreal-style bagels, boiled in water and honey before they are baked.

Sourdough bread varieties include Ciabatta, Olive ciabatta, Potato bread, Whole wheat/grain bread.

Breakfast/Tea breads include Challah (twisted egg bread).
