Liven Protein Kefir is a high protein, low sugar coconut kefir – macronutrients for the microbiome, 12g of protein and billions of live cultures for gut health! Liven is mad locally in Antigonish. We started at the Antigonish farmers market in 2021. We make our coconut milk from scratch and brew our kefir to contain natural probiotic cultures for gut health.
