Originally from Toronto, Sarah Faber is an author, artist and passionate gardener who has spent all her summers in Cape Breton. She moved here full-time with her family in 2014. For market, Sarah sells cut flowers grown from seed and raised in her home garden, as well as hand-painted artwork created in her home studio in South West Margaree. She sells original pieces as well as open-edition prints and greeting cards. Faber works in gouache, watercolour and acrylics on archival paper or prepared wooden panels. She primarily paints portraits, animals, florals and landscapes. Other artwork includes designs for wallpaper and fabric, and commissioned paintings.
