Each week, we bring a curated selection of small-batch, handmade pasta to the Mabou Farmers’ Market—ranging from delicate long noodles like tagliatelle and pappardelle to thoughtfully filled stuffed pastas such as ravioli and agnolotti.
Our pasta is made fresh (never dried) using premium Italian flour and locally sourced Cape Breton, resulting in exceptional texture and flavour. In addition to our retail offerings, we are proud to introduce something new to the market: a rotating, ready-to-eat weekly pasta feature—crafted to enjoy on the spot or take home—bringing a warm, elevated food experience to market day.
