We are Abbey and Andrew of Porter River Farm and Forage! Gourmet mushroom producers and experienced foragers. We offer a wide variety of indoor grown gourmet mushrooms and wild foraged choice and health functional mushrooms that are available in fresh, dehydrated whole, and dehydrated powder form. Our indoor grown mushroom varieties include: Blue Oyster, black pearl oyster, brown oyster, pink oyster, golden oyster, shiitake, lions mane, maitake, pioppino, beech, and cinnamon cap. Wild foraged species include chanterelle, winter chanterelle, porcini, black trumpet, lobster mushroom, hedgehog mushroom, matsutake, chicken if the wood, reishi, chaga, turkeytail, and more! We forage other wild foods such as fiddleheads and spruce tips to bring to market when in season. We are christmas tree farmers as well as mushroom producers and we offer all natural balsam fir essential oil and hydrosol made with fresh fir trimmings right from our farm!
