Skye Glen Creamery is an on farm creamery who uses milk from their own grass fed Jersey cows. Jersey milk is higher in protein, butterfat and calcium. They produce milk in glass bottles, yogurt, cheeses (Squeaky Curds, Quark, Chedd’Or, Gouda, Feta, Brie and Skye Glen Cheese), Gelato and chocolate milk.
