A1 Cape Breton Sausage

Our sausages are gluten free, pre-cooked and vacuum packed, made only with pure meat, without any filler or preservatives. Smoked sausages are smoked with cherry, maple or apple wood. Just brown or BBQ them! All Peter’s sausages and specialty meats are made in small batches by hand using his own traditional German recipes. Also available are pepper sticks (Hunters Sausage). Meat loafs, ham and bacon. All smoked meats are naturally smoked on site. Peter has brought back the smoked ham, bacon and pulled pork due to popular demand!

Fresh from the farm we also have free range eggs from our heritage variety hens.
