Our office is on Cape Breton Island and our Tasting Room is just the other side of the causeway in East Havre Boucher.
We believe very strongly in supporting LOCAL so we purchase the organic grain ffor our VOdka, Gin and Braggot rom Horton Ridge in the Annapolis Valley, and our honey from Swinkels in Antigonish.
Our rums made entirely from scratch in the only Caribbean style still to our knowledge in North America is produced from certified organic dehydrated cane crystal from Central and South America. With four international medals earned in our first two years, we are putting Nova Scotia rum on the world stage.
