Hello, my name is Betsy, and I started attending craft markets as a vendor, about 9 years ago, after we moved home to Cape Breton to retire after doing upholstery and farming in Ontario for about 40 years.
I love to sew, quilt and knit, I make aprons, kids stuffies, kids and adult purses, quilts, place mats, newfie mitts, socks [all made with pure wool] I also make pickles, garlic olive bread, pineapple bread, Cape Breton Brown Bread. I also have house plants that I sell.
Taking on the challenge of creating a new project is tons of fun.
