Couling & Co started in 2023 from a dream and lifelong passion of baking. I started baking sourdough out of a tiny kitchen for my wife and a bunch of other nurses while she was working as a travel nurse in beautiful Nova Scotia. This swiftly turning into a full time adventure, I decided to take the leap and try to take our passion for feeding friends, neighbours and loved ones with our bread to the market! We have recently relocated to the Island and are excited to share our sourdough with the Islandfolk!
