Margaree Cider

Tiny batch, natural ciders that tell the story of this place. Made with apples from wild and forgotten apple trees gathered from old homesteads, hedgerows and meadows of the Margarees and surrounding communities.

Fermented using traditional methods (low and slow!), following the rhythms of the season. We use only native yeast (what’s already on the apple), to make dry, farmhouse ciders with a bit of sparkle. Unfiltered, no added sulphites. Nothing but apple!
